Hello, my name is Victor and I’m an illustrator and character designer from Zambia. If you would like to commission me for work or purchase any of my original drawings, kindly read the following terms of service before getting in touch. Please note that I shall not discuss anything with anyone who has not yet read these terms of service.

Nature of Work

All commission artworks are drawn using graphite pencils on 250gsm white smooth paper. I draw people, animals, simple nature, fanart, and simple fictional creatures only in my art style, refer to my existing drawings for reference. I do not draw complicated backgrounds, NSFW, mechas, automobiles, offensive, paedophilia, political, religious or anything that is outside my art style. At the moment the largest piece I can do is approximately 11 x 16 inches. It can take me up to two weeks to complete one art piece, however, that time can be longer or shorter depending on factors beyond my control.I will share an initial sketch of the drawing and you are allowed to make minor changes without any extra charge. Any further alteration that significantly changes the entire artwork to the point of restarting the drawing will attract a fee.

Payment

I require full payment upfront before processing and shipping an original drawing or commencing work on a commission. My preferred methods of payment are MoneyGram, Western Union or WorldRemit. Unfortunately, other international money transfer methods do not work in my country.

Pricing

Price is indicated on every piece that is up for sale, otherwise, it will be agreed upon in case of a commission. The final price includes processing and shipping to anywhere in the world (subject to certain limitations).Pricing for commissions is as follows — the smallest size I can draw measures approximately 5 x 8 inches and pricing starts from $150 for a single simple character. The largest size I can draw measures approximately 11 x 16 inches and pricing starts from $400 for a single simple character. The final price is determined after a detailed explanation and review of the commissioned artwork.

Shipping

The shipping price is included in the final price for every purchase or commission. Artworks will be shipped from Zambia using DHL, FedEx or any international courier service.

Refunds

Should you change your mind about the commission or purchase, full and partial refunds are available subject to careful consideration to ensure neither one of us is disadvantaged. Otherwise, if I determine I cannot deliver the work as agreed upon, I will offer a full refund.

Usage

Unless expressly stated, all my drawings, originals or commissions are strictly for personal use only. Do not make a profit from my art; do not use it to train AI generators or use it in any form of NFT/blockchain-related technology.

Disclaimers

I reserve the right to turn down or refuse to accept a commission or sell an original drawing for any reason.All drawings will be signed and posted on my socials (if I choose to do so) unless you specifically ask yours not to be.You are not allowed to claim my work as yours, however, you can share on your socials on the condition that full credit must be given.Due to the nature of the work, all drawings are final and once a drawing has been done there will be no refunds in case you do not like it. Therefore, I strongly advise you to get a thorough understanding of my art style to know exactly what you will be getting.Art is a very subjective discipline, as such, there might be some variations between what you expect the work to look like and the final piece you receive.These terms of service may be altered at any moment upon my discretion.
